CRM penalty lost/damaged device

If the sensor isn’t returned to Dual Inventive when the lease has ended, or the sensor get’s lost or damaged beyond use during the lease
period, the Client is liable to a penalty equal to the then current value of 12 months lease per device lost/damaged.
